Lagom Bakery is a hidden gem tucked away in an industrial estate near Ormskirk, founded and run by Stuart Henry and Heather Peeks. They specialise in beautifully crafted viennoiserie‑style pastries and bakes, made with seasonal, plant‑based, sustainably sourced ingredients. The name “Lagom”—Swedish for “just right”—perfectly reflects their balanced, indulgent approach to pastry making.

Lagom has earned a passionate following across Lancashire for its exceptional pastries and ethos. Their almond croissants, cruffins, cinnamon twists, Bakewell tart and pain au chocolat are particularly beloved. Reviews consistently praise the friendly team, great coffee and welcoming atmosphere—even in their unconventional industrial‑estate location.

At Sally’s, Lagom’s pastries will be available on Saturdays only. Expect delights such as almond croissants, pain au chocolat, cruffins, cinnamon twists, Bakewell tart, and other seasonal favourites—all freshly delivered for Saturday enjoyment.
