Jenny is the heart behind our fabulous cinnamon buns, baking each batch with care, creativity, and passion. She first began her journey on a small market stall in Knutsford, where her cinnamon buns quickly gained a loyal following. Now based in Warrington, Jenny uses locally sourced produce to create beautifully soft, indulgent buns, introducing exciting new flavours each month. Through dedication and countless hours of hands-on baking, she has grown her craft to the point where she now supplies some of the best bakeries and cafés across Lancashire and Manchester, with every bun still made with the same care and attention as when she first started.
