Our Suppliers

At Sally’s of Garstang, we work with people who produce good food properly. We source from local and trusted suppliers of all sizes, because quality matters more than scale.

From cheese makers and farmers to bakers delivering fresh bread each day, our suppliers are a big part of what we do. Some we’ve worked with for years, others are newer all are valued.

We support local producers through good times and tough ones, and that trust is built over time. It’s how we’ve worked for nearly 3 years, and it’s something we’re proud of.

Lovingly Artisan

Lovingly Artisan is a family-run bakery founded by award-winning baker Aidan Monks and Catherine Connor. Using slow fermentation, organic British flours and heritage grains, we create exceptional sourdough rooted in tradition, ethical sourcing and outstanding flavour.

Working closely with farmers and millers, we champion heritage-grain flours to create bread that’s good for the tummy, the soil and the soul. Our family-run bakery includes Aidan, Catherine, their children Ailish and Niall, and a small team of skilled bakers.

Farrer’s Coffee

Farrer’s Tea & Coffee Roasters has been roasting coffee and sourcing great teas in Cumbria since 1819. They’re a family-run business with a real love for quality and tradition, and that shows in every cup.

We chose to work with Farrer’s not just because their tea and coffee taste so good, but because of a relationship that goes back years. Thea’s dad has been buying from the Farrer family since she was born, so we’ve shared over 25 years of trust, loyalty and great brews.

Because a good brew, goes a long way.

Everything they do is thoughtful, personal, and done properly, and their commitment to craft and quality mirrors our own, making them a perfect supplier for Sally’s…

They are mostly plant based too making them a great alternative to have on the counter…

Well Good Bread

Well Good is a focacceria from Lancaster run by two pals, Abi and Michaela. What started as a small weekly market stall has grown into a much-loved local bakery that also caters events and supplies wholesale across the North West.

They make Northern Italian‑style focaccia that’s crunchy and salty on the outside and soft and gooey inside, and we’re proud to work with them because their passion, creativity and commitment to great bread matches our own.

Hearth & Honey

Jenny started out baking gorgeous cinnamon buns from her own kitchen, and it wasn’t long before people couldn’t get enough. Today, Hearth and Honey supplies only the very best cafés with her delicious goods. Jenny is genuinely one of the most talented home bakers around, and her business is growing fast — and quite rightly so. Everything she makes is full of care, flavour, and that special homemade touch, and we’re proud to work with her.
